❊ Your July Reset List (5 minutes to feel like yourself again)

Hey there Reader!

Whether your holiday week includes watermelon slices, smoky grills, sun-warmed skin, or hiding in the laundry room “accidentally” scrolling TikTok, I’ve got a lil’ something for you before the fireworks pop.

Because if you’re anything like me, the start of July has you wondering,

“Wait… how are we already halfway through the year?”

That’s why I pulled together a fast-as-a-firecracker checklist you can swipe into your day.

A soft reset.

A permission slip.

A re-alignment with the version of you you’re still becoming.

5 Ideas to Make Small Shifts, & Build Big Energy

(Take what you need. Leave the rest.)

❊ Text Yourself One Truth

“I’m proud of how I handled ______ today.”

Or: “Even though ______ feels heavy, I’m still showing up.”

Why it works: You become the witness and the validator, rewriting the feedback loop from the inside out.

The 3-Breath Reset

Inhale what you need.

Exhale what’s not yours to carry.

Sit in the stillness for three seconds.

Why it works: Regulates the nervous system and rebuilds your foundation from presence.

❊ Name One Thing You Did Right

Say it out loud. Write it down. Claim it.

Why it works: Interrupts the all-or-nothing pattern and lays a new neural path toward self-trust.

Clear One Small Surface

Wipe the counter. Close the 12 tabs. Unsubscribe from one energy-sucking email.

Why it works: Physical clarity creates space for mental rewire.

Set One Tiny Boundary

Say no. Or delay your yes. Even if it’s just a mental, “I don’t owe a response right now.”

Why it works: Boundaries build internal architecture, and remind you that you get to choose.

Need a shortcut? My 90-Minute Power Session is built for reset-ready minds, nervous system flare-ups, and women doing the inner work between calendar invites. Click here to set it up!

You don’t need to change everything.

You just need one moment of alignment.

May your iced coffee be strong, your peace protected, and your inner voice loud enough to lead the way.

With steadiness,

Kourtney

Hey Reader, quick question: What’s the one thing in December that drains you the fastest, the thing you wish you could step back from, even briefly, so you could breathe again? If your shoulders dropped or you exhaled when you thought of it… that matters. I hear this all month from moms who say: “I’m holding it all together, but I feel lost inside.” And when we sit with that for a moment, something softer usually rises to the surface: “I know I need to feel more tuned in to myself and my...

Hey there Reader, I used to white-knuckle my way through the holidays, saying yes to everything, running on fumes, and wondering why I couldn't remember any of it. Not anymore. Here are six things that shifted everything for me. Here are 6 things I swear by to enjoy my holiday season: Find gratitude before the day finds you. I set the tone before the day starts. Even one quiet breath before the house wakes up becomes my anchor, so I’m responding, not reacting, when things get loud. Outsmart...
