❊ Moms, if December feels heavy, read this.

Hey Reader, quick question: What’s the one thing in December that drains you the fastest, the thing you wish you could step back from, even briefly, so you could breathe again?

If your shoulders dropped or you exhaled when you thought of it… that matters. I hear this all month from moms who say:

“I’m holding it all together, but I feel lost inside.”

And when we sit with that for a moment, something softer usually rises to the surface:

“I know I need to feel more tuned in to myself and my needs before January, but I don’t have the bandwidth to figure out how.”

Of course you don’t. December pulls you in every direction, often before the sun’s even up.

Which is exactly why I made this:

Just a Minute: A 5-Day Nervous System Reset for Working Moms

What it does: Gives you one grounded minute a day to reset your nervous system, steady your energy, and feel like yourself again. It offers relief without adding anything heavy to your plate.

This is perfect for moms carrying the invisible weight of the season, wanting a gentle reset that doesn’t demand more time, effort, or emotional labor.

But it doesn’t replace self-care. It complements it by giving you space to notice what you need and respond with more intention.

Because right now, there are two versions of January 2026:

Version 1: Still cleaning up December’s mess. Tired. Stretched. Already forgiving yourself for resolutions that never had a chance, all while juggling everything else the new year requires.

Version 2: Your energy feels steadier. Your decisions come with confidence. You move into January with more clarity and more space to be the woman you want to be.

This gets you to Version 2.

A recent client said it this way:

The Just a Minute emails came at a time when I was completely worn out and snapping at everyone. Each day gave me one small moment to steady myself instead of reacting. I started noticing my patterns, understanding what my body was asking for, and giving myself permission to pause. Even five minutes made a difference. By the end of the series, I felt calmer, more grounded, and more connected to myself, even when life was hectic.

Just a Minute is $7.

Here’s what you get:

  • 5 daily emails with short audio drops
  • Guided moments to reset with your coffee or between meetings
  • Tools you can screenshot and save for the next time overwhelm crashes in

This week only: Buy the reset and I’ll add one free week of Voxer coaching, so you can practice your grounded moments with real-time support and gentle accountability.

You’ve carried so much this season. Here’s a moment to come back to yourself, so the woman you’re becoming can meet you with clarity, not exhaustion.

January doesn’t need a new version of you. It needs a grounded one.

This is that beginning.

Take your minute,

Kourtney

Hey there, Reader, If you don’t like something, change it. You’ve heard it. Maybe you’ve said it. And if you’ve ever received it while you were already stretched thin, already doing your best, you know what it actually feels like. A wall. The advice isn’t wrong. It just skips the part where belief has to change before behavior can. Here’s what nobody names. Between “I don’t like this” and “I’m changing it” is a belief. Specifically, the belief that change is even available to you. Most women...
